Oats are
loaded in dietary fibres and have a range of healthy cholesterol lowering
properties. Oats along with barley, are grains that contain more soluble fibre
than any other grain like wheat and rice.
Oats idly is an instant and healthy and yummy breakfast. Instead of having plain oats porridge I try
different dishes with oats like dosa, upma, puttu, cutlets, idly etc adding
different vegetable to the batter which make it more healthier and tastier.
