Ingredients
Bombay
rava 1 cup
Curd 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Channa
dal 1 tsp
Urad
dal 1 tsp
Peanuts 2 tsp
Mustard
seeds ½ tsp
Ginger
garted 1 tsp
Green
chilly 3 to 4 finely chopped
Grated
carrot ¼ cup
Curry
leaves few
Eno
fruit salt 1 tsp
Oil
or ghee 2 tbsp
Method
Heat
oil in kadai add mustard seeds when it
splutter add urad dal, chana dal, peanuts fry till light brown then add curry
leaves, grated ginger and chopped green
chillies fry for a min. Then add Bombay
rava fry till nice aroma comes. Switch off the flame. Let it cool for some
time.
In
a bowl add curd, grated carrot and salt
and mix well. Then add rava and water
and mix well. Keep aside for 15 to 20
min.
Batter
should be thick as idly batter.
