Methi paratha


Wheat flour                                        2cups

Methi leaves                                      1 cup(cleaned and chopped fine)

Ginger grated                                     1 tbsp

Jeera/cumin powder                        ½ tsp

Chilli powder                                      1 tsp

Garam masala powder                     ½ tsp

Oil /ghee for making paratha

Method

Take one bowl add chopped methi leaves, grated ginger, chilli powder ,cumin powder, garam masala powder, wheat flour, rice flour and salt add little oil and mix well.  Then add enough water to make dough.

Divide into equal size ball and roll out each.  Cook on tawa till both sides become crisp.

After removing  from tawa add ghee or butter on top serve hot with curd and pickle.
