Radish salad (Mooli ka Raitha)


Mooli(radish)                                         1

Jeera powder                                        ¼ tsp

Curd                                                        ½ cup

Chilli powder                                         ¼ tsp

Chat masala                                           ¼ tsp

Method

Add grated mooli into curd, add chilli powder, chat masala,  jeera powder,  salt  and  mix well

Keep this in a fridge  for 5 to 10 min.

Serve with Paratta  or can be eaten as a salad in dieting.
