Egg fried Rice


 

This is my version of  jhatpat  egg fried rice.  My son loves it very much.  No side is required  and can be prepared with leftover cooked rice also.
Cooked rice                                      2 cups
Onion chopped                                2
Garlic chopped                                4 to 5 flakes
Green chilly                                      2
Pepper powder                                ½ tsp
Garam masala powder                    ¼ tsp
Soya sauce                                         ½ tsp
Eggs                                                     3to 4
Carrot grated                                     1
Oil for cooking                                   1 tbsp
Method
Heat oil in kadai  add chopped onion fry till light pink then add chopped garlic and green chilly fry 3 to 4 min.   Add beaten eggs   to  it then add grated carrot then mix well,  then add pepper powder,  garam masala powder and salt and  mix well.   Add cooked rice and soya sauce mix well.   Serve hot with tomato sauce.
