Ingredients
Fish ( chooda) ½ kg
Red chilly 10 to 15
Chilly powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Method
Put oil in a pan and roast red
chillies. Remove excess oil. Crush the roasted red chillies and keep aside. Cut
and clean the fish and keep aside.
For marination
Take 1 bowl add crushed red chillies, chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, salt and squeeze lime and make a paste. Marinate fish with this paste and keep it for 20 to 30 min. Heat oil in tawa spread marinated fish on it. Fry both sides in low flame till it becomes crisp. It is very spicy, please adjust spice according to your taste.
