It was   raining heavily  outside and  I could not go out  so I was sitting and watching one Facebook  food page.   There  I saw  one “kaane fish masala”  pic and recipe by  kudpiraj mam.  When I  saw the  pic, I   really felt  its so mouth watering.  I could not  wait till I get  kanne(lady fish),  so  I  ran to kitchen,    in my fridge  I had  cut and cleaned  boothai(Mathi/sardine).    So I thought  to prepare  masala fry from  boothai  following  Kudpi raj mam’s   recipe.    it is  really tasty and quick to prepare dish.  Now it has become  one of my favourite  fish curry in my list.  This  is an authentic Kundapur Bunts style fish masala fry.

Heat  little oil in kadai  then    add chopped garlic flakes  fry them till brown  Then  add the   paste fry till  oil  leaves from  side of kadai. Then put fish in kadai  and coat with masala and  little  water  and  cover the  lid  cook for 5 min.  Then turn the fish  and fry it again for  5 min.  Add chopped coriander leaves.  (optional)  . When serve   squeeze   lime juice on it.  Its really tasty.
