kadgi gashi (Raw Jack Fruit Curry)



Here is simple  jack fruit curry.








Ingredients
Raw jack  fruit  cut into big pieces             1cup
Grated  coconut                                        1cup
Red chilly                                                 10 to 15
Tamarind  pulp                                         ½ tsp
Garlic                                                        8 to 10 cloves
Coconut oil                                               2 tsp
Salt to taste

Method
Cut the jack fruit in to big pieces, peel off  the green skin and wash it.  Cook this in cooker for 2 or 3 whistle .
For masala- grind  coconut,  red chilly fried in little oil, tamarind pulp  in to smooth paste.
Add this paste into cooked jack fruit,  add salt boil this for 5 to 10 min.  Now heat oil in seasoning pan  add crushed garlic with skin  fry them till light brown pour this on boiling curry and cover the lid. Serve this with rice.
