Here is simple jack
fruit curry.
Ingredients
Raw jack fruit cut into big pieces 1cup
Grated coconut 1cup
Red chilly
10 to 15
Tamarind pulp ½
tsp
Garlic
8 to 10 cloves
Coconut oil 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Cut the jack fruit in to big pieces, peel off the green skin and wash it. Cook this in cooker for 2 or 3 whistle .
For masala- grind
coconut, red chilly fried in little
oil, tamarind pulp in to smooth paste.
Add this paste into cooked jack fruit, add salt boil this for 5 to 10 min. Now heat oil in seasoning pan add crushed garlic with skin fry them till light brown pour this on
boiling curry and cover the lid. Serve this with rice.
