Mango
lassi is
thick creamy curd based smoothie. It taste too good when its serve chilled
Ingredients
Mango chopped 1cup
Curd 2cup
Water 1 cup
Sugar ¼ cup ( as per taste)
Ice cubes
few
Method
Put chopped
mangoes and sugar in blender and blend them in to puree. Then add thick
curd and water blend it again for few min. add ice cubes and serve it chilled.
