Onion 1big chopped

Red chilly powder 1tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Pepper powder 1tsp
Coriander powder 1/2tsp
Jeera powder ½ tsp
Oil 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
Beat egg in bowl and keep a side.
Heat oil in kadai add onion fry till it becomes light brown and then add chilly powder, coriander
powder, jeera powder fry for 2 min. Add
salt and chopped tomato fry for 2 min
then add beaten eggs mix it well cook this mix for 4 to 5 min then add pepper
powder and turn off the gas. You can eat this with bread or make egg burji
sandwich from this.
